Hello? Presidents have always used miltary tribunals during war.
In the 1940s, Franklin Roosevelt used tribunals to convict and execute Nazi saboteurs.
I know that "Bush is destroying civil rights" is a great talking point for historically illiterate, Left-wing propagandists, but the idea that our civil liberties are being destroyed by President Bush is insane.
You want to talk about civil liberties being repealed, then how about the liberals on the Supreme Court ruling that the government can take your home and give it to someone else?
Wake up. The fascists in America are the Left-wing Stalinists.

If you are not old enough to recall what happens to prisoners during a time of war, they are held in camps.. they do not earn or have access to any courts... It is kind of odd to see this subject being brought up in a time of war.. They never have had access to courts in the past and never will. They only ones who go to court are accorded a tribunal and are tried as criminals. This is after the war is over.. They are tried for their conduct during the war. Need to read up on the Nuremberg trials.

Yes, welcome to the rules of war. Also, it;s not limited to Bush boy, everyone does it. And we have done it and will continue to do it, before, during and after Bush. Wake up from this freedom of propaganda you've been hearing since you were born. it's an illusion.
