Your question is worded rather oddly and is not very easy to understand what you are asking. of course school is not the same as it was 'back then' because the education system has evolved over the years. And your first ninth grade report card of course counts, I mean all of your report cards count...

if it's the first nine weeks report card then no, that is just kinda of a reminder telling what your grades are. The semester report cards on the other hand do count. That's what makes up your final grades and whether or not you get credit for that class.
