i drint plenty of water, im veg, i dont drink, im skinny then why my nails are yellow??????????????????

It is likely you have picked up a fungal infection under your nail/s. If they are getting thicker, rougher and yellow. If they are just stained yellow after you have removed dark nail polish, it is simply stain and of no medical consequence. See a dermatologist, and be prepared to take medication for several months if they are infected.
A common scenario for this problem is with false nails or nail extensions. If you do that, you will need to stop doing so for a while.

If it's not because you wear nail polish..you need to go get your self checked. Fingernails can turn colors if you have something amisss in your body. Like liver...get yourself checked..show the Dr your nails.

It sounds like a fungal infection. You should see your doctor. They'll prescribe some medication. It's best to treat it ASAP so that it doesn't get worse.

it is probably a fungi's growing under your nails. Go to your doctor to get that checked out.
