Unless she is way to young to be watching stuff like that is it really a big deal whether she was watching it or not?Maybe you shouldn't leavr stuff like that lying around where she can find it in the first place.Or are you more worried that she will tell your mum(if you still live at home) and that you will get a row for having it in the first place?If thats why you are freakin then I think honesty would be the best policy and either fess up to your parents before she has the chance to or explain to your sister that your parents wouldn't approve and hope she's decent enough not to drop you in it.

If shes old enough to understand leave her to it and tell her it was not yours it just fell into your room or something silly.
If not then say that its a adult programme and explain as much as possible
