Are they gonig to be put in a junk yard? Or sold? Are they going to canibalize them for parts? What should be done with them?

Nope

Sometimes!

Well, they should be recycled and reused.

What happens to the Space Shuttles after NASA stops using them?
Well, sometimes they crash on sea, sometimes on satellites, or they just float around earth for a long time.

I'm not aware of any public plans. However, there are a number of air and space museums across the country, so the remaining shuttles will probably go there, after they are studied intensely. I would bet the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum will get one.

when they go into space they come back so they can be used again if theyre not damaged
