the colts have a really good shot at it too. the colts only have to beat new england and then they are homefree to an undefeated season. just look at the schedule...i mean maybe cinci could pull the upset, but besides that there is nobody...buffalo, dallas, philly, tennessee, jacksonville, HOUSTON, MIAMI.

As for the bears, they also have to play the patriots, but besides that there is no one at all!

Is the media asleep on this?

What is so special about the giants? they haven't played anybody that special either, well i mean they did but they lost to them. The best teams that they played were indy and seattle, and they lost to both. The bears on the other hand killed seattle. And, the bears, with only 2 exceptions have killed every team that they have played.

The pats do have a good chance, granted, and i love the point of miami pulling the upset to protect the record.

Still, if not the bears, nobody is saying undefeated for the colts either.

Peyton Manning is the Poster Boy of the NFL so if his Colts are doing good that is all you will hear about. Also don't count out Jacksonville. Espically don't count out Miami should Indy get to that point. Yeah they are doing bad BUT that '72 Dolphins team is the PRIDE of the Franchise. Do you think that the Dolphins in '85 didn't take great pleasure in being the Bears only loss. On top of wanting to beat the undefeated team but that is the soul of the Franchise. They will do everything in their power to win if it protects the '72 Dolphins record.

Giant Opponents have a 28-21 combined record.. the Bears opponents are 17-33. The Giants went into Atlanta and not just beat the Falcons, MANHANDLED them. The giants then went into Dallas, and not only beat the Cowboys, but Manhandled them. The giants went into Philidelphia and got ***** slapped for 3 Quaters then scored i believe 24 unanswered points to beat The eagles and rip their hearts out (they havent been same team since that loss)... the Bears have Beaten the Seahawks... Thats it! The Bears dont have a win that matches the 3 wins against Phili, Dallas, and Atlanta, that the Giants have, ON THE ROAD... Or the Win IN cincinati that Falcons Have. The one good win the Bears have over Seattle who is good but hurt now, was IN Chicago, LOL. Most people are saying the Giants will beat the bears because honestly i think most people, including me, think the Giants are Better than the Bears. If the Giants and Falcons had had the shcedule to begin year that the Bears have had, i think both teams would be 6-1 or 7-0. the Bears are not going undefeated, i think they will lose to both the Giants AND the Patriots.

that said, i still think the Bears get the 1 seed in the NFC playoffs. the bears are Good, but dude..how do you ignore the fact that the teams theyve played have a combined ---->>17-33 <<--- record!? you play who is on yer Schedule, but you wanna know why yer not hearing about the Bears .. THATS WHY. If they beat the Giants AND the Patriots..everyone will start to talk about them going undefeated, because then theyll actually have proven sumthing. If you keep hanging yer hat on that Butt Kicking the Giants got from the Seahwaks, as why you think yer beating the Gaints IN Giants stadium, yer going to lose. And all that shows is how little attention you have payed to the 180 degree turn on defense the Giants have made since coming back from the Bye week. They gave up like i think 92 points in the first 3 games with 2 sacks.. and have given up 43 in the last four with 19 sacks in 4 games.. Good luck Rex Grossman

The fact that an undefeated season has only happened once since 1970, and that occured before the season was extended to sixteen games, would tell you why no one is talking about it. You talk about how the Bears have an easy schedule ahead of them, they haven't really had a hard schedule from the beginning of the season. The Bears have beat the not-so-powerhouse teams of Detroit, Green Bay, San Fransico, Buffalo, and barely Arizona. They have also beat the average teams of Minnesota and Seattle. The Bears will not go undefeated. They will most likely be beat by either the NY Giants in the Meadowlands or the Patriots in Foxboro.

the reason that no one is talking about the bears going undefeated is because i'm sure that all the media think that all the bears wins were either easy wins that everyone knew they were going to win or were lucky wins that the other team just gave up on and that the bears got really lucky. If the bears go undefeated for the season then all the media are going to say either that they got really lucky again or that they all knew that the bears could do it and that they were all expecting it. As for me I hope that they do go undefeated for the season and that they win all of their play off games and that they go to the superbowl and that they win that too and that all bears fans can relive the super bowl shuffle.

The Bears right........well lets see.......cause nobody cares! The Bears would have a L right now if a short field goal didn't miss by one of the worst teams in the league. They are gonna slack again and it will be against a better team than the Arizona Cardinals, and then my friend they will get that loss that we are all waiting for and we all know is gonna happen. I mean do you think its a coincidence nobodys talking about that happening. Lets be realistic, and even if they were to somehow pull that miracle off they would lose it in the playoffs!!!!!!!!!! Bills fan........OUT!!!!!!!!

Is the media asleep? Not to sound like an ahole or anything...but have you been asleep? Ever since they beat the Seahwaks...all that is been heard is debate on weather or not the Bears will lose a game this season. Dang...anyone outside of Bear fans are already sick of hearing about it...and we are just halfway through the season for cripes sake.

Yeah...people are talking about the Bears going undefeated...believe me.

the Bears is going undefeated is really have nothing to talk about. people knows that when a team is winning all their games, then it just becomes boring. but if another team beated team, then things r changing. people would be talking about how they lost, and all that stuff.

The bears will not go undefeated....NE is not the only team they have to play that has a chance...

No one would've thought the Cardinals had a chance at beating them but look at what happened then!

I think they'll lose next week to the Giants in the Meadowlands....and after NE (who they also play IN NE) they have to play St. Louis (IN st. louis) who is doing well.

They won't go undefeated
