You can get pregnant on ANY DAY if he ejaculates in you, not just Saturday! And he must be inside you while he ejaculates... then you can become pregnant, but if you don't know this then you shouldn't be trying, most likely! Best Wishes!

A woman's fertile window is about 6-7 days long. The window is the 5 days before ovulation, the day of ovulation, and in some cases, possibly the day after ovulation. The ends of the window are not as fertile as the middle of the window. The best day is the day before ovulation.
If you only have sex once a week, and that day happens to fall within your fertile window, then yes, it's quite possible to get pregnant. But you will maximize your chances of conceiving by having sex more frequently -- at least 3 times a week.

If he ejaculates inside of you and you are in the days leading up to or including ovulation, yes. But if you're trying to get pregnant, having sex once a week isn't exactly going to maximize your chances!

THE TRICK IS TO FIND OUT WHEN YOUR OVULATING. IF YOUR ONLY HAVING SEX 1 TIME A WEEK, OF COURSE THERE IS A LESSER CHANCE YOU WILL GET PREGNANT BECAUSE THERE ARE ONLY TWO DAYS OUT OF THE MONTH A WOMAN CAN ACTUALLY GET PREGNANT, WHEN SHE'S OVULATING. YOU CAN BUY AN OVULATING KIT FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF $$$ AS A PREGNANCY TEST.
