I did find one of Anna Pavlova (the dancer) on youtube. heres the link for anyone who is interested, she is enacting the dying swan.

Some legendary dancers I know of are Dame Alicia Markova, Anna Pavlova, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Rudolf Nureyev, Margot Fonteyn...oh and Alexandra Danilova, she worked a lot with Mikhail I think.

Besides already mentioned, Maya Plisetskaya is quite famous in Russia. Her most famous piece is - you already guessed - The Dying Swan.

Karen Kain was the top Canadian ballerina for years. She was amazing on her feet and has many books, videos and film on her.
She was known world wide, but has retired now I believe but is still involved in ballet.
