Hey Smile 4 ankita,

You must educate people about the monuments first. That may take government intervention and declaration of monuments to that status. Security is another consideration. If a monument has a 'Staff', that will help. If you have a national monument organization funded by the government, that will give a solidarity to that effort too.

(not clear if you want more than 50 or less). But that is all I have.

You could look at US Monuments to see how they are protected. There are consequences for violating a monument.
