In February the weather is cool and rainy. I suggest bringing pants, long sleeved shirts/sweaters, a warm jacket, an umbrella, and warm pajamas. While the outside temperature itself is not that cold, the humidity makes the cold go strait to the bone and will make it feel ten times colder than it actually is.
Hammamet is a beautiful part of the country and even though the weather is cold, there is still plenty to see and do. You can visit Cathageland, which is an amusement part located in the newer section of Hammamet. There are lovely golf courses, plenty of tours that will take you to sites of ancient ruins, and also tours that can take you for a day trip to the Sahara.
If I can be of any more assistance, please feel free to contact me.

tunisia has weather quite close to the weather in Malta where I live at the moment. February weather is usually not too nice. There will be quite a bit of rain, wind and cool temperatures. You may be lucky and get some nice warmish (50-60 degree) days with sun. Be prepard for diverse weather and drastic change. Also know that when the sun goes down in tunisia it cools off very quickly

Mostly it is cold and a rainy from time to time. it's the winter season here. But you might be surprised. We get a lot of sunny days anytime of the winter.
Depends on where you from in order to tell you if you'll like it or not
