Absolutely not. And not beacuse he is African-American, he can't act! He barely pulled off his charachter in Monster's Ball. I would however like to see Clive Owen play the part, I think he is great!

hell no he sucks as an actor. If the ever plan to cast a black guy as James Bond it would be Denzil Washington, or Samuel Jackson. I can see it now "What does James Bond look like, what, say what one more time muther fucka.
