In most places its the third weekend in June, but there is no "Gay Day" per se. A few cities celebrate it later in the year.
Just as side note, the reason why its in June is that it is the anniversary of the Stonewall "Riot" in 1969, one of the important events in the gay movement.

It depends not only where you live but in what country. In England for example you tend to have:
Birmingham - End of May
London - Beginning of July
Brighton - Beginning of August
Manchester - End of August
There are several smaller prides in England, and also pride in Wales, Ireland and Scotland

depends on the city you live in. in St. Louis, it's the last Sunday in June...Pride fest being the last weekend in June.
