Well, the old saying that curiosity killed the cat, we are naturally inclined to be inquisitive as humans. But, in this case stalkers will always be around-with or without the media or paparazzi.

Celebrities pay publicists to put them in the papers.
No matter how mauch they complain about Papparzzi etc - they actually pay people to get them media exposure.
If they weren't in the papers they'd complain like mad and the publicists would be out of a job.

I pay no heed to what is said about the celebrities in the media, except John Kerry and Mel Gibson of late. I find them both terribly offensive.

The Mirror would struggle for a start. There's hardly a day goes by without Kate Moss and/or her waste of space partner appearing in its' pages. I sometimes wonder whether they have a contract with her.
