Berea College in Kentucky has a program for outstanding students from developing countries. Most of the costs are covered by this college. In exchange, the student will have to participate in community work. You could also apply for a scholarship. As an alternative, your son can complete a 4-year degree in your country and apply for a master's in Canada or the USA where there will be more financial aid opportunities. Good luck!

Manoranja... A I'm afraid not. In Europe they have places for students from third world countries but they don't offer them for nothing. Most who do study here have to get grants from their own governments. Why don't you appy to your own education system and see if they will sponsor your son education abroad?
