Is it true that the American population is not able to realize that George W. Bush is regarded as a serial killer in the rest of the world because the American media is not allowed to disclosure certain information?

No the truth is that other countries have much tighter control over their media so it's not very likely that other countries are going to get the full story.

Nope, not true at all. American media is not financed by the government, and I am very well aware of what the rest of the world thinks about George Bush. They (American media) talk about it all the time. In fact, most American media is liberal and, to a certain extent, agree (at least in principle) with what the rest of the world thinks.

At the level of the people, we just disagree with the rest of the world. ;) That's why we told Europe to take a walk in the first place back in the late 1700's.
