not only is it lending a hand and taking those horrible and dirty natural resources of the africans hands but is is also stacking their shelves with every possible convenience (useful and otherwise). all this for some aid money in return.
if this deal was helping africa why would china, purely focused on pursuing their goals, bother with it? there is clearly a huge advantage in it for them.
the chinese will take the resources, process and refine them and then as africa begins to develop they will have to purchase back their own resources from china in the form of products. is this right?
