I've noticed that smart-a$$ answers seem to be the way to go on here. With that in mind, my answer was going to be:
The team that scores the most points during the game will win the Super Bowl, and the team with the worst record during the season will get the #1 draft pick. (Unless they trade it away.)
But, in all reality, my answer is:
The Chicago Bears will win the Super Bowl, defeating the Indianapolis Colts 37-23.
The first round draft pick will go to:
Oakland Raiders (who will finish 4 and 12)
or
Pittsburgh Steelers (who will also finish 4 and 12)

The SuperBowl will go to the winner of the Monday Night Game in week 15, which is the Bengals and the Colts. The Dolphins will get the #1 pick and should trade because they already have a QB, RB, WR, and a talent a Defense.

The Patriots will win the Super Bowl. They are currently one of the elite teams and they have the most room to improve.
There isn't a team that can match their experience and if they are on top of their game, they should have the best odds at winning.
Buffalo/Detroit will get the first round pick.

It will be the Bears and the Broncos for the Superbowl. I think the Bears will pull it off.
Titans will get the first pick. They are a combination of one of the worst team with the hardest schedule.

Superbowl: I'll tip the Colts. It may finally be their year.
As for 1st Pick: Brady Quinn is the obvious pick, but it depends on who has the first pick. If it's Oakland (likely, but not a lock) then Quinn is the obvious choice, but they could also go for Brian Brohm. A wild card shot would be if they Raiders decided Walter was still the man, you could see them snagging Calvin Johnson (WR) or even, as my outside wildcard pick, Marshawn Lynch (RB), and then only because of Adrian Peterson's injury.
That's a fancy way of saying "I don't know." :-)
LOL, I was thinking player, not team. Raiders is what I was thinking, obviously :-) And yes, I'm a Raiders fan...
