Let me recommend The Sun Dial Restaurant atop the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel. The food and service are superb, and the restaurant revolves a full 360 degrees, giving you a panoramic view of Atlanta!!

You might also consider the Fire Of Brazil, located on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta. Another fine restaurant.

Are you familiar with The Melting Pot? It is a fondue-style restaurant, where you get to cook your own food. It's very fun, the food is good, and it's definitely considered romantic dining. This type of restaurant is for couples & friends who come to celebrate special events - birthdays, and anniversaries. You typically do not see small children at this restaurant.

Check out Yahoo travel. Also go to creativeloafing.com or citysearch.com. Between the 3, you should come up with something really special.

My personal favorite is Siam Square, or Orient at Vinings, for dinner, then Cafe Intermezzo for dessert.
