To create a "perfect" physical body would be a challenge for me as there are so many different types and qualities I would consider "perfection". It would have to have Brad Pitt/Cameron Diaz eyes though. The scientist Michael Faraday was a great contribution to modern intelligence with his discoveries and inventions in the fields of chemistry and electricity. Gotta have his brain power. Michael Jordan's all around talent and athletic ability would be hard to surpass. And adding the humor of Robin Williams... now we're getting somewhere...
And for personality? I'd pick you! That would make this person truly unique and way too humble to know just how perfect they really are! ;)

lol...well perfection is of course entirely subjective, so whoever you put together would only be perfect for you - and you know I have that already.
But let's see what could be done for fun:
Imagine the body of Arnie Schwarzenneger with the personality of Ellen DeGeneres...how mad would that be? Cross Stallone with Liberace in time for the final Rocky movie...c'mon, you know you'd pay to see that. Put Eddie Izzard's brain into George W Bush's body. Suddenly the Prez is wandering around going "Grooovy..." and impersonating Sean Connery.
My God...I really AM a mad scientist...

I'll pass on creating the perfect person. He or she would be insufferably conceited and impossible to live with. I've been around people who thought they were perfect, but to be with someone who actually was would magnify my own imperfections. I have one or two. My smile is a bit too bright and I am way too modest for my own good. It is my cross to bear.

Lots of great people have already been used in previous answers, but I can't help but think that their "perfect human" will lack in one very important thing...soul.
So...please...somebody has gotta add either James Brown or Dr. Scholls to the mix.
