If you're being treated like this go over your boss' head and talk to her supervisor and explain the situation and make sure that you have a timeline of when this happens so you can show a pattern of the events. Your boss is the one who should be repremanded for her actions of not putting a stop to the childish behavior. The behavior at your job is unprofessional, unacceptable, and totally inappropriate. Some people make it their mission to make others miserable for whatever reason, but I think mainly some people are jealous of you because you show up to work on time and you do your work and you keep to yourself. But you shouldnt take the crap your co workers and boss are dishing out and if your boss can't conduct herself in a professional manner she'll learn the hard way when she doesnt have a job anymore or is demoted from her position. Sometimes women act very petty and cliquish on jobs and if they see the first weak person they're using him or her as their scapegoat. You deserve to be treated with respect and if people can't act like professionals on a job then they'll be finding employment elsewhere because the unprofessional behavior isnt flying in most job settings. If your boss' supervisor hasnt done anything you go to that person's supervisor and keep moving up the chain of command until you find a solution to dealing with the bullying and harassment at the office. Remember to keep track of all phone calls and emails as evidence that the harassment has gone beyond the office and if they're harassing you at home document the time and order the call came in and the number it was coming from.

All emails and written letters are also good to prove the harassment has gotten past the verbal. If you have that you won't have the people involved concocting some story about you lying when the emails don't lie and if they had the headers they can track where the messages came from and who's computer it was sent out of. It's amazing how people will lie when the evidence is overwhelming hope that helps :-)

Wow this is cool I would have a ball, I would go around asking all about both of them getting as much info as possible esp. their address and personal stuff, First dont make it obvious that you are trying to get them to find out, and if they ask you just need to lie a bit and say I didn't ask and see what happens. I will give you an example, they will start getting worried just like you are then they will start trying to get revenge, now what do you think you can do then?? It's called harrasment and there are laws dear, just mention that you have been discussing it with a lawyer. And I encorage you to do so, there are lots of ways to get at people but dont attack let someone else do it for you, if you want any help just let me know I have connections, very high ones, I can help you get in touch with the right departments.

Get a small voice recorder, tape or digital, that is voice activated. Tape the conversations so that you have proof of the verbal abuse. There is a difference between constructive criticism and degrading remarks. I am assuming that the human resources/ personnel department is separate from these two broads. If they unjustly call you names, like retarded, then it will not be your word against theirs and you have proof that any negative criticism on their part could be due to personal prejudices against you and not job performance related.

As far as lunch, that is easy. "My lunch break is my time, not the companies time. It is a break from work that I use to relax and help relieve tension. I will spend my breaks with someone that will add more stress to an already stressful situation." Be sure and record the statement and the response.. IF she throws a fit, then it is recorded. You might want to talk to a lawyer and get his opinion.

Take an honest look at yourself. If people are calling you "retarded" and look like they want to hit you, perhaps you are not a model employee. Are you lazy? Do you talk on the phone all day? Do you have a sloppy appearance? Do you smell bad? These are the types of things that would annoy your fellow workers, understandably. Do not talk to HR. I assure you they will side with your boss.

They are abusers. Power hungry bullies. Bullies are in all walks of life. And work is one of the main places they work their skills.

Either they want you to quit or they enjoy making you miserable as it builds there power.

You need to confront bullies and you cant back down. Dont be afraid of them because bullies are weak inside they just try to act tough. Stand up to them and tell them off in a powerful way. Take you power back and keep it. No one should have to work in this type of environment.

you ought to pass on your boss ASAP! And in case you do and he/she grants a complicated time it somewhat is unacceptable. I worked for Centex as a private loan officer as quickly as and that they might swear, be racist, as quickly as pronounced as me fat (length 8 on the time, no longer fat) and that i might come homestead from paintings and cry for all time. My supervisor made me experience like it grew to become into my fault somewhat of chatting with the couple of persons on my group. whilst i ultimately end he begged me to stay and that i informed him no reason he would not restoration it. you are able to't be under pressure at paintings and there are regulations against it! Please pass on your supervisor or his or her supervisor and in case you do no longer experience delicate pass directly to HR. If none of those are innovations, i'm sorry yet you may ought to end. good success! : )

Use a tape recorder hide it in your clothes and record what they say next time...(EVIDENCE!)

Bring it to the HR first, if nothing resolved, bring it to court
Lawsuit is only way to solve this problem!

Just say, "That's so sweet. Thanks for the offer however I have plans".
Say that for every response to her. Kill her with kindness.
