In my bathroom cabinet on a shelf extender which slides in and out and takes up less space, since the bottles are so short.

I have this really cute large cosmetic bag that I place them in but I do not organize them, except that I do not like the similar colors to be next to each other. I like to see the contrast of colors when I look at them.
My mother keeps hers in one of the door shelves in her refrigerator. She keeps similar colors together. Nail polish is one of the few things we have in common, so whenever we see each other (about 4 or 5 times a year), we trade some out! I keep about 20 colors and she keeps about 30.

I have a plastic craft bin that I believe is made to hold beads. I took the top off and the sectons are just big enough to set a bottle in each one.
The bin is white so the colors reflect off of it so when you look down into it you can tell the colors without having to pull every one out.

A little plastic container, not too tall so the tops of the bottles are above the container rim.
I leave my polishes in the fridge to promote longer shelf life.

You can make a nice storage box using a shoe box covered with tin foil and neatly glue dividers in there. Better still, ask your boyfriend to make you one out of wood - he will jump at the chance!

well i was askin the same question last year, now i know the solution, divide them into glittery, shiney and matte, then divide the primary colours and non-primary. then in all these cattergories place them on your shelf-then u will never have disorganised nail polish bottles

I have a spare drawer in my dresser and it has enough space for me to fill with all of my nail polishes, nail polish remover, and nail clippers. I normally organize mine by color, or brand. You could also use an old shoe box that you keep under your bed or in your closet.

i get the top of a shoebox, line ut in paper, and put the nailpolish in it. it looks great and is orginised.

go to walmart or target and you can find clear organizers in crafts or home supply. i have mine on the bathroom counter on the bottom of a stacking shelf.

mines are all over the place though im starting to find them and put them in my make-up box because im starting to get into nails and nail designs theese days lol
