You don't sound too big. I don't live in Germany but in Switzerland, in the German-speaking part. So I hear though is that the Germans aren't small people at all (not fat but big). But I also always hear that the Germans tend to be a little plumper than the German-speaking Swiss.

There's more chance of them making fun of you been American than a little big. America isn't always very popular here in Europe.

I think you have some SERIOUS image problems. If you are not happy with yourself, then it is something you must deal with.

Germans as a rule, are very polite and formal people, who would not laugh at anybody.

Your description, being all in imperial measures, would mean nothing to a metric German anyway.

I think you will have a better time in Germany just being yourself and not worrying about what other people think. Have fun!

If you are going to Germany, I think that the last thing you should be worried about is how YOU are seen.

They probably think you are just another self-involved American, too concerned with your own appearance to think of anything else. You're pathetic.

You have issues. Why do you worry so much? Be you own person and forget what other people might think.
