I work at a college supervising a lab, part of my job is to make sure students aren't watching anything inappropriate for a lab setting, still every time it happens I stand amazed at how stupid people really are...I just got another guy watching porn here, and kicked him out (which he actually had to look at me and ask why), if people want to watch porn so bad, why not watch it AT HOME and NOT a college?

College kids think they're bulletproof and everything will just be deflected from them. They do stupid things and sit and laugh about it while drinking with their buddies. Some of them really think that the rules don't apply to them and aren't mature enough to realize that this is the time to start acting more like the adults they are going to be when school is finished.

The truly stupid ones are the ones who make it possible. Why would porn even be available in a lab setting. The students wouldn't get tempted if the temptation wasn't there to begin with.

Because they have no fear of getting caught.. Look at the # of teachers who look at porn on their classroom computer, idiots. Just had two in a week get caught.. they had wives and children.. So very sad that smut has taken presidence over values....

As with other situations, they believe the rules don't apply to them. It's like stop lights, yield signs, phone rules in the dorm, etc. etc. etc. "Oh was that for ME? Obviously you don't know who I am" or something like that. Or, as you'll notice on here, they didn't bother to read the rules, and/or want to prove 'no one can tell ME what to do'...which obviously you could and did. Good for you. One blue ribbon for u and a purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I don't think it a matter of stupidity but a matter of disrespect and rebellion.

There's not a way to put a restriction on it? I use the public library and nothing gets by.

lol... Well, in 8th grade, while the teacher was gone, some guys were watching porn on computer. I was just thankful that they weren't masturbating in there.

I'm not sure it's as much stupid as a complete lack of common courtesy and respect for others.

They have parents, aunts, uncles, siblings at home. NO DUH! They don't wanna get caught and kicked out. If they don't have family at home, then they want to show off that they're all that and they're not afraid of anything. Besides, they're with friends at that time.
