Central Region of Africa?

Can anyone provide me information about this region? As in what makes it a region- the similarities between the countries, geographical position..etc..

There are no real similarities to the countries except for the language, culture, and if you're refering to the central region most of it is hot because countries like Zaire(aka Congo), Uganda, and other surrounding nations are located on the equator which is called sub sahara Africa since it's located just south since all of the northern half of Africa is entirely desert so it will be humid in this region making it prone to a lot of diseases like malaria and scarlet fever and because this is the region where almost 95% of the AIDS cases are found.

Most of central africa speaks French since Zaire, Uganda, and Kenya have dialects in French and others which are the common language from native tribes that live in these countries. You should go to Google and research countries that make up the central region of Africa and study each one you'll learn what each place consists of.
