WHATEVER SUITS THEM. IT IS SUPPOSEDLY MARKET DRIVEN, BUT ONLY IF IT SUITS THE FRENCH, AND THERE IS A LOT OF GOVERNMENT SUBSIDY (MOSTLY ILLEGAL)

THE POOR PARTS ARE VERY POOR

NOT AS BAD AS IT SHOULD BE BECAUSE OF OUTDATED LABOUR LAWS AND GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES (MOSTLY ILLEGAL)
