Here's a link to the official Disney Store that allows you to buy Disney Gift Cards. They started out in Disneyland, but Disney World has just started offering them, and they are good in most places, such as restaurants and stores. I don't think you can use them to pay for resort reservations, but I think that they are working towards that.

You can also buy these, as well as Disney Dollars at most of the merchandise stores on property. I just bought some a few weeks ago for friends coming down to visit.
