Where can I catch that line? Where does it go? What is it called? Any info would be of great help.

Yes there is a painted line (sometimes brick) you can follow to various historical sites in Boston.The name of it is "The Freedom Trail". It's a great way to see the town. I highly recommend it. You can buy a guide that will direct you along the way and gives a little description of each point of interest. Go to Quincy Market downtown and inside the building is a bookstore to buy the guide.

It is called the Freedom Trail, really nice, takes you to all the historic places in Boston(downtown). It start at the Boston Common (by the State House, I think) and goes all the way to Charlestown.

it is called the freedom trail it is a red line and it starts near boston common and the stop on the green line called park street
