Because Republicans have so well positioned themselves using religion. People look for guidence through religion and questioning your own religion to the faithfull would be like questioning God. That's great when its your local pasteur saying they need more volunteers for the soup kitchen, but deadly when its used to lead a nation into war.
This was the whole reason our country seperated church and state for the first 200 years.

It goes both ways. Look at a question posted by someone who is obviously a Right winger, and notice all the thumbs-down to anyone with a liberal (even if valid) point. It is the same for Left winged questions.
People are entirely too sensitive and do not have the time to consider another's view point. Everyone on Y!Answers knows everything, and their opinions are correct...it is very sad.

Why do you think that you have a right to "question' anyone about why they believe what they believe.
Most of the 'questions' about political beliefs in YA are more like attacks that are not intended to generate true debate.
Most of the follow a specific pattern of "Republicans/Democrats are so stupid, why do they believe......"
If truth is to be told, liberals historically are more likely to blindly follow than conservatives. But that is beside the point and you'll never agree with that.

They not are told, not to ask, they just do it on there own! they are followers, sheep people, sheeple. All you have to mention is religion or religious values such as Pro-life and they follow, but how can you be pro-life and pro-war at the same time? I understand that they are not pro-war but this administration is and the Sheeple still support them because they are all TOOLS!!!
