I am looking to start my own business while maintaining a life at home with my kids. I would like anyone who reads this to respond if you have an office or know of someone who is looking for someone like me. We can talk and hopefully negotiate. I know its hard to wonder what kind of person you may be dealing with being you don't even know, but I am happy to meet with you and work out a deal. I am young 28, but trust me I am very reliable. My kids & the bills in the mailbox make me reliable. I have a strong work history, ethic. I was a former manager (GM) and now I am hoping to launch off my own business. I have a family member that owns a cleaning business and I have a friend starting hers. I will tell you are entering a very lucrative field. The main thing is to know that cleaning is a lot of work and you will come home tired. But if you stick with it you will afford your family a very comfortable lifestyle. My husband's cousin makes close to 100K a year. Offer a disinfection service along with the cleaning and you will turn your company into a niche operation. Sell the benefits of cutting down colds and flus being passed around. Good luck.

Although I cant refer anyone I suggest you try small places at first and work your way up.
Try small car dealerships, doctors offices, vet offices(always need someone to clean), real estate offices, and any small business office.
I think that you can only succeed in a business like this. With about 4-5 jobs per night and only 2-3 extra employees you should be well on your way.

Go speak in your skills consumers. Go to the trade parks, strip department stores, or clinical facilities wherein your skills consumers are placed. Ask who hires the cleansing carrier. Ask them what they pay and present to do it for much less. Get within the door, then lead them to love you. In any small trade, finally it is approximately promoting your self. But for a repeat carrier trade, you do not need to promote your self too by and large. You want a handful of well consumers to begin with. Make them pleased and ask for referrals. Then you will not must put it on the market.

Put you a stash of business cards on retail counters. Go in person and leave a business card. Advertise in your towns daily paper, and your local bulltin board on your towns radio station _usually their early morning news program. Good Luck in your business.
