Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

I run AT&T Yahoo on line protection 24/7. it incredibly is continuously working interior the background. I even have abode windows Defender, great Antispyware loose version, and CCleaner that I run periodically. in case you have AT&T Yahoo all 4 of the progams are loose downloads. i decide to advise Yahoo each time you're on the cyber web. Mine launches each time I call the browser. i exploit CCleaner very almost each and on a daily basis it incredibly is a particularly speedy attempt. the different 2 take longer and that i run them while i'm enjoying solitair or minefield or another "Killing Time" progam. BTW, i'm very happy with my determination and way i'm utilising them. The degree of protection I receive seems to be like adequate and the inconvenience is minimum.

For good, free and recommended security programs, please go here

Try AVG anti spyware (formerly Ewido) and SpywareBlaster.

If you click on the names in that list I gave you and it will take you to the official download site.

Please ensure that you keep them all updated for full protection and check for any updates when you first download them.
