Yes.
When I was 15 I really was infatuated with a older woman. She was 35, divorced and with two kids who were 5 and 8.
Then when I was older, I became very good friends with a much younger woman. She was 19 and well, I was more than twice her age.
Both would have never worked as though we had great converstaions, we really didn't have much in common.
Take my advise. Unless either one of you are much more mature (and that would be the younger of the two) forget it as it will be great and then it will fail.

lots of times....when i was 29 had a boyfriend 12 yrs older..that lasted 6 yrs....then met my husband at 35...he was 10 years younger...i spent 10 yrs with him...most recently have a fiance that is 16 years younger...i'm 45, he's 29...lol...our issues were not age related, but due to other probs..you may feel awkward in the beginning, but in the end, it's how you feel in your heart...good luck

Yes, I loved someone 12 years older than me, was with him for almost six years, and had a son with him. We are no longer together and I am now happily married to a man my age. All I can say it it taught me a lot of things about how people change and grow and sometimes stop changing and growing with age.

4 years younger. Doesn't sound like much but she was underage (her - 17, me - 21), so I didn't act on it (even though we both liked each other)...
Kind of funny: if it were 18 and 22, no problem whatsoever; but 17 and 21, off limits.
