The New England Aquarium is super.

So is the Museum of Science. It's a very kid-friendly, interactive sort of museum. They also have some neat IMAX presentations. And a planetarium.

Don't miss taking a Duck Tour! The whole family will love it! You can buy tickets in the Prudential Center Mall, between Barnes & Noble and Sharper Image.

Some of the Freedom Trail might be interesting to you. Paul Revere House and The Old North Church, in particular. While you are in that area, called "The North End", be sure to stop at Mike's Pastry on Hanover Street. It is awesome! Lots of little Italian Restaurants in the North ENd too

The Hancock Observatory has been closed since 9/11, but there is a place at the top of the Prudential Center called the Skywalk where you can see for miles and miles.

There is a new musical play at The Wilbur Theatre called The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Half price tickets are available the day of the performance at 2 booths: 1 at Copley Square in front of Trinity Church, and the other at Quincy Market.

It might be fun to take the train up to Salem. It's full of touristy, witchy stuff---appropriate for children.

Dress in layers--sweater, jacket, gloves, hat. It's been kinda chilly here, and the tall buildings can create quite a stiff wind. It's also handy to wear a backpack during the day. In case you take your jackts off, or buy some souvineers.

Hope your family has a wonderful vacation. I live here and am very glad I do!!!

The following museums would all be interesting: Museum of Fine Arts, Science Museum, Children's Museum and JFK Museum. The USS Constitution and the water front. Fanueil Hall is a great place to go, and also very close to the New England Aquarium, which you should really go see! Oh, and make sure to go to Copley and go to the top of the Prudential building for a fantastic view of the city. Walk the Freedom Trail, and see some of Boston's history. Take a duck tour, where you'll see tons of great city spots. I think everyone will really enjoy it!

If you are at the aquarium, go over to Legal Seafoods on the Long Wharf. Wicked awesome clam chowder. You cannot say you have been to Boston if you don't go to Legal Seafoods.

The Freedom Trail is worth spending a day on, although it is a little cold to go walking this time of year. But you could hit the main points, like the Old North Church, Paul Revere House, Fanueil Hall.

Here is the website for Boston tourism. Should give you lots of ideas: http://www.bostonusa.com/

The Go Boston Card is a good deal if you are spending several days in Boston. Check it out here:

You should go to the Science museum, really cool for all ages. You can also do the Duck Tours, takes you around the city in a boat truck and then goes in the river.
Go up the Hancock Tower in Copley Sq, nice view of the all city. The aquarium is nice as well. Also if you like baseball, you should go visit Fenway. Have fun and wear warm clothes, it's getting cold here!

The Freedom Trail is really cool, but it might be alittle cold this time of year. The aquarium is great, Paul Revere's house is good if you are into history. The USS Constitution is a neat ship to tour, and the Naval Ship Yard has a cool museum. The old North Church is good too. You might like to take a short drive to see Plymouth rock, (I was surprised at how small it is) Lots of stuff to do, have fun !!!
