Depends on what state and city. What is a good income in one city is not in another. You should do a search on the cost of living for the city the job is in.

AS LONG AS I GET SUMMERS OFF (and all school holidays) AND CAN SPEND TIME AWAY FROM WORK NOT THINKING ABOUT WORK SO I CAN:
-TAKE CARE OF MY HUSBAND
-TAKE CARE OF MY BABIES
and lastly, as long as my salary goes up a thousand bucks or more a year
(free dental and medical)

You betcha!!
Being retired, and living on a fixed income, I would jump at the chance if it was in my area...
I cant see traveling for it, and uprooting my family unless I was "sure" it would be a steady job...(not a sales job either)...
I wish you well..
