Very well documented that Arnold took steriods earlier in his Bodybuilding Career. he's even admitted to using steriods during his stint on the Fitness Council under George Bush. He's now a strong advocate for good health without the use of steriods and hormones
It has never been documented that The Rock has used steriods, at one time there was a huge steriod scandal with the WWE and Vince McMahon, But as for The Rock goes, he used to be a star football player and i'm pretty sure that with the training he received from his days of football carried over into the wrestling ring.
