Some doctors have the ultrasound in their office, some will send you somewhere else. My friend found out she was having a boy at 16 weeks, and i just found out yesterday Im having a girl. Im 19 weeks. They will usually schedule you for an ultrasound between 18 and 21 weeks.

15 weeks is too early to determine gender. I think mine was at 20 something weeks-can't remember exactly when. The Dr. won't probably even give you an US this early. Every Dr.s office is different as far as the US, some have the equipment right there in the office-while others send you out.

sex on a baby is determined around the 8th week, and can be seen on an ultrasound a lot clearer around the 20th week if you want a good accurate reading. ultrasounds are sometimes done at your doctors office if they perform them or they refer you to another place for it. just depends...why dont you ask your doctor these questions?

They say 18wks is the best time to tell. It was about that far along I found out for both my kids. They may be able to tell you now, but I also don't know how accurate that would be as compared to if you were further along. Here u/s are done at a clinic specificly for them or at the hospital, they arn't done in the drs office itself.
Congrats on the pregnancy!

i think it was about then, 15 weeks. or maybe it was closer to 20. when i had my first ultrasound. my ob has an ultrasound tech that comes into his office, like, once a week so i had it done in the office. it depends on your doc.

they should be able to tell by now. But even though it's possible to see the sex of the baby, they still might not be able to depending on the angle of the baby and how the baby is sitting.

with all 3 of my pregnancies i could tell u what they were before the doctor did, basically if u start referring it to a he or a she and u have a feeling that that is what it is then that is what u will be having, trust your feelings they never lied to me
