the fan sound is very high & not effective
under high load it reaches 73C {3.8Ghz, 2 MB cash, bus 800}

i'm in very {hot/dusty} area of the world
so i have to do alot of cleaning & the temp will still be high
so i'm thinking of water cooling into the laptop
it's possible
but are there any available kits or should i design one by myself

i allready cleaned the fans { blow them with special cleaning kit} but they still keep going dirty & i wanna switch to liquid cooling.
by the way the CPU cooler hase nitrogen & alienware will not go into dell

i saw a water cooling laptop project at www.hackaday.com not sure how convienent it would be, but it looks cool

Try cleaning the fan with air and if it does seem to be getting better. The bearings might be going out which would cause the noisy fan and less cooling. The Alienware DOES NOT have nitrogen cooled laptops. They have water cooled and that is a much higher premium $. To add to your laptop. They just starting coming out with them this yr. Now that Dell is buying out Alienware they will get crappy instead of some of the best laptops..Thanks

its already cooled by nitrogen you just have to keep the fans and fins free of dust by blowing it out with canned air
