i met this boy at a mall last friday with my friend. and i gave him my number and me and my friend hung out with him and his friend. then i know its stupid, but we left the mall with them and went to this kids house. we sat around and talked and hung out then me and my friend went home. so the kid who i gave my number to, whos pretty cute, he starts talking to me alot. and we decided to hang this past thursday. we went to his house (he lives with parents) and watched tv and hung out and such. we have so much in common too, its unbelieveable. but anyway while we were watching tv and stuff he puts his arm around me and we were i guess you could say "cuddling". what do you think this means, like, do you think this kid likes me? or do frineds just cuddle real close like that. hes 20, im just about 16.
later on he drove me home and we just left off with goodbye. he didnt walk me to my door or anything. no hug or kiss or anything like ive experianced with other guys when they bring me home

Honey, I really believe that YES he does like you as more than a friend. I really do not think that friends cuddle, neither do they decide to stay alone in a room, watching Tv. I believe that he likes you. I also believe that you should keep your eyes open. you just met him, and of course you can't judge a book by it's cover, but you should deffenitely observe him very closely without letting him know. You need to see in what way he likes you, as a girlfriend who he will love and respect, or as a little fling ( friends with benefits ). Well, you can be positive that he likes you, so do not worry about anything else for now. As the days go by, you will start seeing his true intentions. Good Luck!!! Even though their is only a 4 year age difference, he is to old for you. He's probably just after sex. No 20 year old male that I know or have ever known goes after 16yr old girls. So beware.
If I am wrong and I could be I don't know him than yes it would mean he likes you. GL
My darling little girl, if you believe nothing else in this world believe this one thing, at 16 you have no clue what you are doing. I was the same way at your age, always dated older guys had tons of older guy friends and was a very mature 16. So trust me you have a lot to learn. Especially if you can not tell if this guy likes you as a friend or something more after spending time with twice and cuddling on the couch. I'm not trying to be mean but when your 30 I want you to remember how you thought you knew what you were doing and laugh at how wrong you were. :))

You know it is easy for you to say age is just a number, that I agree with also, but not at your age. You see, this picture we see all the time. And it goes like this, He got you in his house, that you came to him. Then you started to cuddle, and he took you home. FIRST DATE! The next time, it is going to be sex, being you did not protest the cuddling, since you did not really know him. If he does not do it this time, then the next time, You may get pregnant. Then he is going to see another girl in the mall, and she will start this scenario, all over again! And you will be another hurt young lady, who will be devastated, and can't focus on school, because of some guy! Now. #1- Never go the the boys house, by yourself. and you need to get to know a person first. You have got to remember that. For your own safety sake. Now the next time, you meet someone get to know them first, talk on the phone, online, meet them with friends. Have them as a friend, for a while, so you can get to know them. And have fun, and you have to try and be more responsible, and safety is first, and foremost!

he is good! he is a player! he knows his game well. when he approached you, he's got one thing on his mind and that is ---your a fresh catch! you are young and some men likes that. now, he definitely doesnt want to be your friend but he wants to have sex with you. the thing is that dont keep your hopes up that it would turn into anything serious rather than a mere booty call. He will most probably just break your heart. so proceed with caution.

Maybe while he was sitting there "cuddling" with you on the couch, it suddenly hit him that he would be a pedophile if he keeps seeing you, and that's why you didn't get a hug or kiss or anything. Just a thought.
