How rude......you don't return gifts. If you really don't like the gift & what it stands for, put it away and only bring it out when the gift giver visits.
Or you could re-gift it to someone else.....Christmas is coming.

Bush didn't kill the Constitution.
What has the Constitution in jeopardy is the fact that most people in America are more concerned about the contents of their pet's food than they are about the contents of the Constitution. They spend more time reading food labels for cholesterol content than they do learning the valid limits of the federal government. They participate in politics in much the same way they do sports, they choose a team and paint their faces, but most people spend more time learning the rules of football than they do learning what new laws their lawmakers are discussing.
The Constitution hasn't been killed, but it might well be time to start putting it on milk cartons, because I don't think most people have seen it lately.

Allow me to guess. Michael Moore will be a write in candidate for all elections for you this Tuesday, right?
You know GW is the worst president we have had since Carter but he didn't exactly "kill the constitution." Statements like that is why people don't trust liberals to run the country anymore.

We just spent millions on renovation, we are not a rich country. Bush might be, but the constitution been dead, the 1st Amendment, 2nd, 3rd, 4th-14th and etc. do we have to give back the money too.

I'm sure Bush would like to hand over New Orleans too since it's full of people he hates - French and blacks.

People complain about their rights being chipped away...but yet there isn't one person that has said it been restricted to what they are doing as usual.
I haven't seen any jackboots walking down the streets beating and wisking people people away randomly.

That sounds too expensive, if the statue is made of steel and concrete all you have to do is light a fire in it and it will completely pulverize.
