I don't need to remove the old one; it shattered. I just want to know the easiest way to get the new on in there without breaking it.

1. Get a replacement window.
2. Take off the inside door panel.
3. With your tools, take out the remainder of the broken window.
4. Realize you'll need a special tool you don't have.
5. Try to force everything to work with the tools you do have.
6. Call auto parts stores and find out the special tool costs a lot of money.
7. Put away your tools, carefully set your new window in your backseat wrapped in a blanket, put a trash bag over the open hole if it's raining or cold out.
8. Drive to an auto body shop and have them do it. Worth every penny.

Yes I can and I speak from experience. There are only 2 steps to install the glass, (1) go to a professional glass installer (2) see step (1) To do otherwise will cause the glass to leak or fall out!
