He filed an order in family court for all to go to Co-Counseling but thats a special field and the nearest Co-counseler is 500 miles away. that's an unfair order and I want another judge to here this whole case. Can that be done?

Normally you can't ask for another judge, but you can appeal the ruling

The first answer is correct. Normally, you cannot just ask for another judge to be assigned, unless there are serious conflicts of interest or other truly egregious grounds for misconduct.

But you can appeal the decision, either to the original judge (motion to reconsider) or to the state appellate court.

The judge will probably be more open to reconisdering the order if you can show that you tried to comply, but the physical distance made compliance impossible.
