This girl at my work who i thouhjt was my friend keeps calling me retarded in front of people, what shoul i do. how do i tell her i dont want to be friends anymore? she is not a friend but bothers me to go to lunch but now i cant stand her anymore?
without causing a scene or getting my self in trouble for standing up for my self? dhould i tell her fuuuuck u the next time she says that?
my boss lady said simiar things, and i told her i didnt appreciate and got reprimanded for confronting her. this other co-worker is violent and if i tell her where to go what if it gets ugly and i lose my job? even though im right?

...okay, take it easy. It's very uncool to lose your temper. What kind of job do you have that pple would treat you with such disrespect? I'd say first of all, try to find a new job. This is not a healthy work environment. You say your are worried about losing your job. Well, maybe you should try to find another before it comes to that. And who needs such stress?
I know what you mean. A girl at a job once was such a b*tch, I almost called her a fat c**t. I didn't though. And she would have deserved it.
Okay, don't make a scence. Are there other pple you can hang out with? Your "friend" who calls you retarded, that is very uncool. the term "retarded" is very rude and politically incorrect, even for pple who are mentally challenged.
I would suggest this. Yes, stand up for yourself. It has been my experience that bullies (which is what your "friend" is") once you stand up to them, you see what cowards they are. So, have something ready to go, to hurl an insult back at her. But keep it light, like a joke. Laugh when you do it. So she calls you what she calls you (retarded) say, "I know your mother is that's why you are too".....it will stun the hell out of her that you are standing up for yourself. But the thing with insults (other than the mother insults) is that they must be true. Does she have oily skin, or a fat butt, or whatever. Pick your choice of her shortcomings, then say, "Well, i'd rather be retarded than have/be _______________" then fill it in with a true shortcomings of hers. In front of everybody. Laugh about it.
Stand up for yourself. Try to keep it light. But your boss sounds like a loser too. Honey, look into another job. In the mean time try to avoid these pple and move on with your life. Good luck.

This is not somewhere you should even be working if you can't discuss work related problems with your boss. You should not be working for someone if you're not comfortable around them. About this "friend", tell her you do not like that she says that and you'd appreciate it if she stops (the nice approach), if she continues to be abusive turn it on her, you start calling her names too, call her retarted for a change and make her see how it feels, i'd go to lunch with her and call her retarded infront of anyone, at work i'd call her retarded too, don't let them make you lose your self esteem. If you're not comfortable there you should find another job. Good Luck

basically ignore this man or woman. quickly she will be able to develop into uninterested in annoying you and could discover some one else to pester. in case you create a scene you'll tutor her aspect. in case you shop a cool head and basically ignore her stupidity, you'll tutor a level to others that she's the only with the psychological situation. As on your boss female.... She is the only that can get into worry for calling you such names. maximum agencies have a "criticism Board", bypass to them and clarify your mission at artwork. in case you do not have a criticism Board .... each and absolutely everyone has some one over them, bypass on your bosses better and tell them what has got here about between you and your boss and your uncomfortable interest mission. To be reprimanded, it should be finished in writing. i wish you kept a replica of this, you would elect it.

It is possible that your co worker "friend" feels inferior to you. She criticizes you, thinking that she is building herself up. My advice to you is "SHINE"! Don't let her get you down. Do everything you do twice as good as before. Let your boss and "friend" see, that you have no intentions of being belittled by them.
If the office where you are, is unbearable, start looking around for something else. Actions speak much louder than words. You are right, in the fact that a verbal confrontation, will only put you on "her" level.
Have confidence in yourself, only you know your capabilities! Be yourself!

First of all, stop trying to use the "racist" card everytime somebody looks at you. Second, it sounds as though you need to look for another job. I personally wouldn't be able to stand working with people like that. And no, don't say "FU" next time she says something, that'll just make you look as foolish as she looks.
