2x+15/10+8/10=3/10
2x+23/10=3/10
2x=-20/10=-2
x=-1

collect the x and constant together

2x + (3/2+4/5) = 3/10
simplify constants
2x + 23/10 = 3/10
take 23/10 to right
2x = 3/10-23/10 = -20/10 = -2

divide by 2

x = -1

this is it : 2x+ (15+8)/10 = 3/10
2x+23/10=3/10
2x=-20/10
x=-1
