hes not my legal guardain and has all of my document like proof of of adress bank statements and birth certificate wat can i do? is he still my guardian even though i dnt live with him nd the inland revenue know this

You don't have to reside with him for him to be your legal guardian.
If he isn't your legal guardian in fact, then he has no right to keep any of your personal possessions without your expressed permission and is legally obligated to relinquish them to you.

You could contact authorities of some sort and explain the situation. You should have all that stuff with you where ever you are. You could contact the bank and change the mailing address, that's if you have your name as the holder of the account and not a minor

I would go to the police station and enquire at the front desk...someone there should be able to help you...and if they aren't as helpful as you wanted them to be you can contact a lawyer...in Canada we have free lawyer services for people who cannot afford one...or you could just talk to your dad and ask that he return your papers...good luck...what do you want all those documents for anyway?

Unless his parental rights have been terminated, he has EVERY right to protect you from yourself. As a minor, your rights are limited. You are going to have to wait until you come of age. Runaway childrn have very few rights.
