I just saw one called Demonic. No plot, no acting. I don't recommend wasting any money on it.

I'll probably get grilled by some for saying this; but I absolutely HATED the film "Lost in Translation."
No plot, no story -- not one single engaging character, and everyone slouched around as though in an insulin coma. How this piece of rubbish ever got nominated for an Acadamy Award is beyond me. It only proves that people in Hollywood are doing WAY TOO MUCH drugs.

Dead Heat, its about these cops in LA, set in the 80's who go to crime scenes were the crimnals come back as zombies. Awful Film but kinda of funny too as well.

It is very hard to say.Movies are made to untertain. They do not neccessarely represent the truth .Usually people laugh at dumb things.
Since there are so many movies in the world it is impossible to determine which one makes you laugh the hardest.
