There are several one day treatments available over the counter. I suggest a cream that is inserted inside the vagina with an applicator and has an anti itch cream for the outside to relieve the symptom that is making you miserable. Walgreen's, Walmart, HEB, any drug store and most grocery stores near the feminine products. Good Luck!

You can't get rid of it "like today." You can try an over the counter treatment like Monistat. It takes time. You can call your doctor and get one tablet of Diflucan. That usually knocks it out, but not "today."
In the future, you can prevent some yeast infections by wearing breathable cotton underwear, making sure you wipe AWAY from the vagina, limiting products containing yeast, eating foods with active probiotic cultures (like yogurt and kefir).
Good luck.

diflucan (the 1 pill) is the best but you have to get a prescription from your doctor or monistat 1 day treatment but you use it today and it works over 7 days so you can not get rid of it today

My girlfriend used Monistat 1 in the past and it works in one day. Monistat 7 works in 7 days. Good luck with it.

A kit from the drugstore (the 3 day kind) is the fastest way. Even though it's three days, you'll start to feel better in the first day or two. And to prevent them in the longterm, cut down on sugar and refined carbohydrates in your diet.
