do lots of push ups, for example if u can only do 10 at 1st, then keep doing 10 until its easy. then go for 15 then 20 and so forth. do the same with sit ups as well

do lots of crunches and sit ups. search online for different ab workouts. try to concentrate on both the front abdominals and the back abdominals. your abs are one of the most important muscles in your body. they help with balance, power, speed, agility, and many other things. having strong abs is and essential for soccer. just work hare!!
