I do this to my website. I do have Yahoo Sitebuilder and Yahoo is my web hosting provider. Yahoo Sitebuilder comes with an off line browser.I back up the whole site on a CD before I start a new home page. I don't think you can do this on a website you do not own though I have never tried.

You can bookmark the site name in your favourite for later access but browsing it off-line is another matter as it depends on whether the webmaster of the website in question allows it or not!

Look at your upper left hand screen corner. Click Files, then Save As, then find "Website, complete". Then just click 'Save'.

first click on the favorites menu if using ie click on the checkbox that says make this page available offline then click on ok then it may start downloading the pages to your computer

yes, add the site to your favorites and and click make available offline when ya do that.
