I would definitely go to another doctor to get another opinion. Perhaps it is neurological?
If it is not GI, if it is not her heart, if her pH is within normal limits, she is not cold, and she no longer has an infection, and her oxygen is normal when it happens, then it looks like all other systems have been tested. The only other thing I can think if her oxygen is normal is that she is compensating really well.
I am hoping that the physicians and hospital staff have seen this happen so that they can get a better determination...and so that they believe you! Sometimes parents will be "blown off" when they think that the person is just hysterical. You have every right to be upset. I would just go someplace else with her records if you can. It sounds like you need some referrals to specialists that you are not getting today.

You need to continue at the childrens hospital if it is connected to a university. If it is not connected to a university then find one that is as those are teaching hospitals and often have the best docs. Something is going on and it needs to be addressed. Since these spells are happening often I am surprised they haven't put her in the hospital so the can monitor her 24/7. You can also consider doing an internet search for top pediatricians in the united states and see if one is even remotely near you. If she has a spell this weekend you can also consider taking her to the childrens hospital ER and insist that something be done. Do not let this rest as your childs life is at stake here.
