Well it seems like they were a bunch of sadists.
Couple of examples

Japanese water torture-Where they fixed the allys head in place and let a drip of water fall onto their heads for a long long time.

Sellotaping the top of the penis so the men couldnt pass urine and eventually their bladder exploded.

The Japs were bad bad people during the war.

I have no idea if they are still quite as sadistic nowadays.

Japan is not torturing anybody. The Japanese people will not forget Hiroshima and Nagasaki, where tens of thousands of innocent people perished because of the atomic bombs that the United States dropped there. They remember these events just like Americans remember 9-11. Not only were so many people killed, those who survived went on to have mutant children and develop horrible diseases like cancer as an after effect. Look for the book Hiroshima by John Hersey. It contains six eye witness accounts of this horror.

When we forget and when we do not learn the lessons of history we are bound to repeat them. Right now countries are developing nuclear weapons. We all need to remember the devastation they cause. Additionally, every nuclear weapon ends of raining down radioactivity on ALL THE CREATURES OF THE EARTH. Those are pretty good reasons to remember.

Well there are numerous reasons why they did stuff like that.

1. to get back at us for the oil embargo that we pulled on them for invading Manchuria

2. to evoke a sense of insecurity in us and play with emotions, a war strategy of intimidation that all of the three axis powers employed upon the allied forces.

sorry g2g, but a lot of Japanese people were against it so maybe you can use the words Power Hungry Dictators Or People of Political Power. Basically every country was involved in WWII so why pin point japan? A huge amount of countries were torturing people.

WAR IS STUPID, PEOPLE ARE STUPID FOR STARTING IT, SO WHY LISTEN TO OTHERS?

im sure history books dont write about it, but there was probably a lot of torturing going on on both sides... its just from who evers point of view you are talking to at any given moment.. there probably is a little japenese kid at this moment asking " Teacher, why did the US torture us during WWII"...
