Ejaculation at night-time is called a Wet Dream or Nocturnal Emission. It usually happens when you have a dream that has something sexual involved with it, i.e. you dream about your girlfriend (or boyfriend), being kissed by someone you fancy or having sex with someone you fancy, or just dreaming about something sexy. But this isn't Masturbation

Having an erection and then ejaculating whilst sleeping is not harmful and can make you feel more chilled-out
Your body won't ejaculate without an erection, because when you have an erection, you are "turned on" and your body, preparing itself for Sexual Intercourse (as would happen if we were running around naked and living in caves) may ejaculate, because when you feel sexually pleased, your automatic reflex is to ejaculate and to propagate the species.

Hope this helps.

It's a wet dream and very normal. It is a way for your body to rid itself of semen that has built up in your body. Masterbation is when you physically stimulate yourself to the point of erection and most of the time, ejaculation too. Men can and do ejaculate sometime without having a full blown erection.

It's very normal for a man to have an erection during sleep. He does this during REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, which is deep sleep when he is dreaming. It's just a physiological part of a man's sleep cycle during the night. He has an erection every night but does not ejaculate every night in his sleep.

Ejaculating whilst asleep is a wet dream not masturbation, nor is it harmful it is completely normal. It is also not necessary to have an erection before ejaculation.

Ejaculations at night are normal and expected at a younger age, there's nothing wrong with you. They happen without you touching yourself, so they are not masturbation.

There is nothing wrong with masturbation.

Some guys can ejaculate without an erection, this too is no need for concern.

Many dudes begin to have nocturnal emissions ("wet dreams") when they start puberty, or soon thereafter (usually around 12-14). Wet dreams (ejaculating when you're asleep) is the body's way of releasing "built-up" semen. How often this happens depends, but it's usually not often -- if at all -- if/when boys regularly masturbate. Masturbation releases the semen that would otherwise "build up."

That is called a wet dream...you are ejaculating due to an erotic dream that your brain tells you is real to statisfy your hormones. It's not masturbation unless you physically do it. Yes it's perfectly safe.
